Submission Schedule Notice (Students Expected to Graduate in August 2025).

 

※ Completion of Research Ethics Training is required prior to thesis submission.

※ If applicable, Bioethics Review (IRB) approval may take approximately three weeks. Please plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.

 

■ Preliminary Examination and Results Report Submission :May 26 (Monday) – June 5 (Thursday), 2025.

 

- Submit a draft copy (PDF) via email to each examiner. (※Printed copies for external reviewers may be arranged through the administrative office.)

 

Submission Deadline:

Master’s Degree: 5 days prior to the preliminary examination date.

Ph.D. Degree: 7 days prior to the preliminary examination date.

After the preliminary examination is complete, the chair of the review committee submits a report on the results (the preliminary examination is conducted through a public announcement)

 

★ Please use the attached forms for both preliminary and final examination reports.

 

★ On the day of the examination, prepare evaluation reports corresponding to the number of examiners.

 

■ Thesis Examination and Results Report Submission: June 23 (Monday) – June 27 (Friday), 2025

 

■ Candidates who pass both the preliminary and final thesis examinations, must submit the final thesis bearing the examination committee’s seal.

 

- Submission of final Thesis copy: July 14 (Monday) – July 18 (Friday), 2025

 

※ Graduation Ceremony: August 22 (Friday), 2025

 

※Deadline for Submission of Two Academic Journal Articles (Ph.D. Candidates):

By Preliminary Review: At least 1 article published; 1 article accepted pending revision.

By Final Review: Both articles must be published.
