1. Application Period:

February 2 (Mon), 2026 ~ February 13 (Fri), 2026 (※ A leave of absence may be requested up to one-third of the semester.)
- Return to School Application Period:
February 2 (Mon), 2026 ~ February 13 (Fri), 2026
2. Application Method:
Portal → Integrated Information System → Academic Administration → Academic Records → Student Records Change Management → Leaves/ Return/Univ.Withdrawal
3. Additional Information:
(Reference: Articles 24 and 27(1) of the Academic Regulations of the Graduate School of Logistics; Articles 4 and 7 of the Regulations on Academic Affairs and Curriculum Operation of the Graduate School of Logistics)
- Consecutive leaves of absence exceeding two semesters are not permitted. A maximum of five semesters of leave of absence is allowed in total.
- Students who have exceeded two semesters of leave of absence and fail to register for the current semester will be subject to dismissal.
International students cannot apply through the portal system. International Students must complete the attached Leave of Absence / Return to School Application Form and submit it within the application period.
