○ Submission Method: In person at the administrative office, By email: jiyeong@inu.ac.kr

1. Thesis Evaluation Application Form (1 copy)
(If appointing an external examiner) 1-1. Certificate of Employment for External Examiner (1 copy)
1-2. Consent Form for Personal Information Use (External Examiner) (1 copy) [Attachment 3]
2. Research Ethics Compliance Confirmation Form (1 copy)

○ Evaluation Fee Payment - Payment period will be announced later (via text message)
- Master’s Program: KRW 150,000 (KRW 50,000 per examiner, internal/external)
- Doctoral Program: Amount varies depending on the number of appointed examiners (KRW 100,000 per internal examiner, KRW 300,000 per external examiner)
- How to check your personal virtual account: Portal → Integrated Information System → Registration Management → Miscellaneous Expenses Management → Print Miscellaneous Expense Bill
Committee Composition (Academic Regulations Article 7, Clause 2)
The Graduate School Dean appoints examiners from the nominated candidates (professors, associate professors, or full-time faculty holding a doctoral degree): Master’s Thesis: 3 examiners, Doctoral Thesis: 5 examiners. The academic advisor automatically serves as an examiner. For a Master’s thesis, 1 out of 3 examiners may be from another department or an external institution (including researchers). For a Doctoral thesis, 2 out of 5 examiners may be from another department or external institution.
