Guidelines for Submitting the Research Plan for Thesis Submission in the 2024-2 Semester
The presentation feedback form must be submitted during the relevant semester to be eligible to submit the thesis in the fourth master’s semester or the sixth doctoral semester.
Failure to submit the feedback form will prevent thesis submission in the following semester, and the research plan must be resubmitted.
1. Eligibility and Important Notes
- The research plan submission is required for 3rd-semester master’s students and 5th-semester doctoral students, who must submit a research plan and a presentation feedback form.
- The research plan presentation is open to the public, and the presentation date will be announced later.
The presentation feedback form must be submitted during the relevant semester to be eligible to submit the thesis in the fourth master’s semester or the sixth doctoral semester.
- Failure to submit the feedback form will prevent thesis submission in the following semester, and the research plan must be resubmitted.
2. Submission of Research Plan for Thesis Submission
- Submission Period: September 23 (Monday) – September 28 (Saturday), 2024.
- Eligibility: Master’s students who have completed at least 15 credits and doctoral students who have completed at least 27 credits (minimum third master’s semester, fifth doctoral semester).
Submission Method: Online application through the Integrated Information System.
Integrated Information System → Academic Affairs → Graduation → Research Plan Management → Research Plan Application.
Upload the following files to complete the application:
① Research Plan, and
② Certificate of Completion for Research Ethics Education.

3. Required Documents:
- Print and submit one copy of the research plan application form from the portal (with the advisor's signature or stamp).
- No need to submit the research plan or research ethics education certificate (these should be uploaded as attachments in the portal application).
4. Submission Methods:
- Submit to the administrative office (Building 14, Room 409) or via email (k1mss@inu.ac.kr).
- If the content of the research plan has been reviewed and confirmed by the advisor, the application form can be submitted without the advisor’s signature. However, a comment confirming the advisor's review of the research plan should be included in the email.
