Application for allocation and change of supervisor for the 2024-1 semester

New Ph.D. students (1st semester) and currently enrolled students requiring a change of supervisor must apply for a new supervisor within the specified deadline.

 

▶ Supervisor Assignment Application (Ph.D. 1st Semester)

Application Period: March 11^th (Mon) to March 16^th (Sat) (strict deadline)

Application Method: Portal -> Integrated Information (통합정보) -> Academic Administration -> Graduation -> Assignment of Guiding Professor (지도교수 신청) -> Add -> Application for Dissertation Advisor Assignment -> Enter Details and Save -> Print Application -> supervisor 's Signature and Seal Required

 

▶ Supervisor Change Application

Application Period: March 11^th (Mon) to March 16^th (Sat) (strict deadline)

Application Method: Complete and submit the Supervisor Change Approval Request Form 

 

※ After obtaining confirmation from the supervisor, please submit the application form to the GSL administrative office.
