Application Guideline for the Comprehensive Examination of the 2024 Spring Semester 

 

1. Eligibility: Students who are enrolled and have passed the foreign language examination.

· Master's students who have completed 18 credits or more (with an average grade of B or higher).
· Ph.D. students who have completed 27 credits or more (with an average grade of B or higher).

 

2. Application submission and examination form submission: April 1st (Monday) to April 6th (Saturday), 2024.

 

3. Application Method: Through the Incheon National University Portal - Integrated Information System - Academic Administration - Graduation Management - Comprehensive Examination Application - Select Examination Subjects - Print and Submit Examination Form.

 

4. Submission Method: Via email to the following address (chojiin@inu.ac.kr) or in-person submission at the administrative office (Room 409, Building 14).

 

5. Examination Date: April 20, 2024 (Saturday) from 19:00 to 21:00 (120 minutes).

 

6. Examination Venue: Room 104, Building 14.

 

7. Examination Subjects: Two mandatory subjects – among the ones that student has taken during their study period (※ Special lecture subjects cannot be selected).

 

8. No application fee required.

9. Passing Criteria: 70 points or above for each course in the master's and doctoral programs.

 

※ Notes:

· Only one subject from the student’s Academic Advisor can be selected.

· In the event of failure of the examination, the failed subject(s) must be reattempted in the following semester.

· Candidates who fail the examination may reapply up to two times.
