2025 Spring Semester Graduate School of Northeast Asia Logistics Course Registration Guide
1. Course Registration
To register for courses, click the link below (No portal access required):
http://gsugang.inu.ac.krNote: Our graduate school conducts common courses for both Master's and Ph.D. students, regardless of department or intake. The courses displayed on the course registration screen are only those offered by the department to which you belong. If a course is not shown, you can register it as a course from another department. The timetable will show the course's department, name, professor, and classroom location. Please refer to the course registration manual for detailed information.
2. Course Registration Period (Applicable to both new and current students)
- -Course Registration Period: Feb 17, 2025 (Mon) 10:00 AM – Feb 20, 2025 (Thu) 5:00 PM
- -Course Adjustment Period: Mar 4, 2025 (Tue) 10:00 AM – Mar 10, 2025 (Mon) 6:00 PM
- -Korean-language courses: Korean instruction; English-language courses: English instruction (refer to the timetable)
3. Core Major Courses (3 Credits)
- -Master's 4th Phase: Thesis Research
- -Doctoral 5th Phase: Thesis Research I
- -Doctoral 6th Phase: Thesis Research II
These are supervised thesis research courses (PASS/FAIL) and need to be applied for with your advisor.
4. Maximum Credit Hours for Course Registration
- -Master's and Ph.D. students may register for a maximum of 12 credits, including prerequisite courses.
5. Required Courses for Major
a. Master's Program- -Must complete at least 4 required major courses (12 credits).
- -Identical Courses: The courses "Data Analysis Technology" and "Basic Logistics Data Analysis" are considered identical. Please take only one of these courses.
b. Doctoral Program
- -Advanced Research Methodology is a course exclusively for doctoral students (Master's students cannot register).
c. International Students (Master's and Ph.D.)
- -For students admitted in 2019 or later, seminar courses offered for international students will not count towards graduation credits for Master's students.
- -However, doctoral students can count 2 courses (6 credits), regardless of their admission year. Master's students admitted before 2019 can count only 1 course (3 credits).
- -International Students' Seminar Courses:
- -International Seminar on Sustainable SCM
- -International Seminar on Freight Transportation
- -International Seminar on Green Logistics
- -International Seminar on Shipping and Logistics
- -International Seminar on Port Logistics
6. Graduation Credit Requirements
a. Master's Program (27 credits): 3 credits for core major, 12 credits or more for required courses.
b. Doctoral Program (42 credits): 6 credits for core major, 36 credits or more for elective courses.
