Notice on Major Change [2026, 1st. Semester]

In accordance with Article 13 (Change of Major) of the Academic Regulations of the Graduate School of Logistics, students who wish to apply for a major transfer are requested to submit their application through the portal system by January 6 (Tue), 2026.
 

1. Elegibility:
Currently enrolled Master’s or Doctoral students, or students scheduled to return from a leave of absence.
(※ Students participating in the DNA Convergence Graduate School Project must transfer to the Convergence Logistics Systems Major.)


2. Application Period:
January 2 (Fri), 2026 ~ January 6 (Tue), 2026

3. Application Method:
Portal → Integrated Information System → Academic Administration → Academic Records → Major Change Application → Apply for Major Transfer
(※ Attaching a copy of the academic transcript is required).

4. Important Notes.
- Approval for a major transfer is allowed only once; if an approved student takes a leave of absence or fails to return to school in the relevant semester, the approval will be canceled.
- Withdrawal after approval of the major transfer is not permitted.
- Credits earned prior to the major transfer will be counted toward graduation requirements.
New students are not eligible to apply for a major transfer (applications are allowed only after completion of the first semester).
