■ Eligibility: 

Doctoral Program: Year 1,

Full-time Master’s Program: Year 1


○ Application for Academic Advisor Assignment (via Portal)

1. Application Period: March 9 (Mon), 2026 – March 14 (Sat), 2026 (Deadline strictly enforced)

2. Application Method: Portal > Integrated Information System > Academic Administration > Graduation Management > Academic Advisor Assignment Management > Add > Application for Thesis Advisor Assignment > Enter required details and save


○ Application for Change of Academic Advisor (Submission of Application Form)

1. Application Period: March 9 (Mon), 2026 – March 14 (Sat), 2026 (Deadline strictly enforced)

2. Application Method: Complete and submit the Application for Approval of Academic Advisor Change (see attached form)
