『Assignment and Change of Academic Advisor for the Spring 2026 Semester』

Students who are required to be assigned an academic advisor, as well as currently enrolled students who need to change their academic advisor, are requested to submit their applications within the designated period.

■ Eligibility: 

Doctoral Program: Year 1,

Full-time Master’s Program: Year 1

○ Application for Academic Advisor Assignment (via Portal)

1. Application Period: March 9 (Mon), 2026 – March 14 (Sat), 2026 (Deadline strictly enforced)

2. Application Method: Portal > Integrated Information System > Academic Administration > Graduation Management > Academic Advisor Assignment Management > Add > Application for Thesis Advisor Assignment > Enter required details and save

○ Application for Change of Academic Advisor (Submission of Application Form)

1. Application Period: March 9 (Mon), 2026 – March 14 (Sat), 2026 (Deadline strictly enforced)

2. Application Method: Complete and submit the Application for Approval of Academic Advisor Change (see attached form)

※ Please ensure that you obtain confirmation from your academic advisor before submitting the application form to the administrative office.
