This is a notice regarding the submission of Master’s and Doctoral theses for students expected to graduate in August 2026.

Please submit three printed copies of your thesis in B5 paper size to the Administrative Office (Room 409, Building 14).

In addition, students expected to graduate must directly upload the full-text thesis file to the Haksan Library dCollection system.   

1. Online Submission of Full-Text Thesis File 

  A. Upload Period: 2026. 6. 15.(Mon) ~ 2026. 7. 15.(Wed)

  B. Submission Method: Haksan Library Website →[Quick menu]Thesis Submission → Access dCollection

                  Click Thesis Submission → Submit Materials → Log in as Submitter → Enter metadata and upload the digital file (PDF) (including the approval page)

2. Submission of Printed Thesis Copies

  A. Submission Deadline: ~ 2026. 7. 20.(Mon)

  B. Submission Requirement: three printed copies of the thesis to the Administrative Office (Room 409, Building 14) (including the approval page).

  C. After submitting the thesis to dCollection, please print and submit the following documents together: Submit in person to the Administrative Office or by email (jiyeong@inu.ac.kr)

     1. One copy of the Thesis Copyright Agreement.

     2. One copy of the Submission Confirmation Form.

     3. Plagiarism Check Result Report (CopyKiller Campus)

      - Visit the Incheon National University website (Research/Industry-Academia Cooperation → Site-wide License) or the University Library (http://lib.inu.ac.kr) → Portal System

          Log in → Click the "Copy Killer Campus" shortcut banner → Use the Incheon National University-exclusive Copy Killer Campus service (http://lib.inu.ac.kr)

      ※ After printing the result report, obtain your academic advisor’s signature/seal at the top of the document.

      ※ The plagiarism rate shown on the result report must be less than 10%.

      ※ Access and use of the system are available only after logging in through the Incheon National University Portal.

  3. In addition, if you wish to replace a previously submitted thesis or request a change in copyright status (public/private access), please submit the required form(s) below

   A. Request for Thesis Replacement: Submit the Thesis Replacement Request Form [Attachment 3] and the replacement materials (printed copy and digital file).

   B. Request for Copyright Status Change (Public/Private Access): Submit the Application Form for Thesis Public/Private Access [Attachment 4].
