1. Application Period

   - Leave of Absence: August 3 (Mon) – August 7 (Fri), 2026 (Applications for a leave of absence are accepted until one-third of the semester has elapsed.)

   - Return to School (Reinstatement): August 3 (Mon) – August 7 (Fri), 2026

2. How to Apply: Integrated Information System → Academic Administration → Student Records → Student Records Change Request → Student Status Change Application (Leave of Absence / Return to School)

3. Important Information (Based on Article 24 and Article 27(1) of the Graduate School of Northeast Asia Logistics Academic Regulations, and Articles 4 and 7 of the Regulations on Academic Affairs and Curriculum Operation.)

- A student may not take more than two consecutive leaves of absence.

- The total leave of absence period may not exceed five semesters.

- Students who have been on leave for more than two semesters and fail to register for the current semester will be subject to dismissal (expulsion) from the university.

※ Leave of absence must be applied for each semester. Students wishing to remain on leave for up to two consecutive semesters (one year) must submit a leave extension application.

4. International students cannot apply through the university portal. Please complete the attached Leave of Absence / Return to School Application Form and submit it by the deadline.
