Graduation Ceremony in February 2024

 

The Northeast Asian Graduate School of Logistics is delighted to announce the upcoming graduation ceremony for master's and doctoral graduates in February 2024. We extend a warm invitation to all graduates, current students, alumni, and family members to join us in celebrating this momentous occasion.

 

Graduation Ceremony Date: February 16, 2024 (Friday) at 10:00 AM

Event Location: Conference Room on the 3rd Floor of the Faculty Center, Building 2 (adjacent to Sangchai Chinese Restaurant)

Receiving Graduation Uniform: Please proceed to Room 104 of Building 14 to don your graduation uniform before arriving at the Faculty Center by 9:50 AM.

Note: Representatives of doctoral and master's graduates are expected to attend the Incheon National University’s graduation ceremony after joining the Graduate School of Logistics’ ceremony, which will commence at 11:00 AM in the Performance Hall of Building 23.

 

Distribution of Diplomas:

 

Distribution Period: February 16, 2024 (Friday) to March 9, 2024 (Saturday)

Distribution Location: Northeast Asia Graduate School of Logistics Academic Administration Office (Room 409, Building 14)

Please be aware that a degree certificate (diploma) differs from a master’s or doctoral degree certificate (graduation certificate). The degree certificate is issued only once and does not serve as official certification. If you require verification for submission to another institution, you may obtain a degree award certificate (graduation certificate) through one of the following methods starting at 10:00 AM on February 16th:

  1. Via the Northeast Asia Graduate School of Logistics website (fee required)

  2. A nearby Civil Service Center (fee required)

  3. Using the automatic issuance machine located on the 1st floor of Buildings 1 and 11 on campus (free of charge)
